These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GoodShift Private Limited ("GoodShift", "we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Patna, Bihar, India. By installing, accessing, or using Xtream IPTV Player ("the App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Xtream IPTV Player is a media player application only. It provides a technical interface to play video streams from servers that you configure. GoodShift:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any playlist or service you connect to the App is legal in your jurisdiction.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the one-time purchase price, GoodShift grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This licence is tied to the Google account used at the time of purchase and does not permit sharing, distributing, reselling, or transferring access to any other person or account.
You agree that you will not use the App to:
GoodShift reserves the right to terminate your licence immediately and without notice if you breach this clause.
The App, including its name, logo, user interface, code, design, features, and all related documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of GoodShift Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted only the limited licence described in Section 3.
The App connects to servers and services that you configure — including your IPTV provider's servers and a version-check endpoint hosted by GoodShift. GoodShift has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, any third-party content, services, or infrastructure.
Any issues with stream quality, channel availability, buffering, or content legality are entirely between you and your IPTV provider. GoodShift is not a party to that relationship.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoodShift expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoodShift, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall GoodShift's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App exceed the amount you paid for the App (₹199).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoodShift Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
GoodShift may suspend or terminate your licence to use the App at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence under applicable consumer protection law.
GoodShift reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodShift regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
